At NuTrendz Customs Prints & Designs, LLC, we want your custom items to look their absolute best. The quality of your final product depends heavily on the quality of the artwork and photos you provide. Please review our submission guidelines before placing your order.

📸 Photo Submission Requirements

For the best printing results, please submit:

✅ High-resolution, clear, and focused photos
✅ Original photos whenever possible
✅ Images taken in good lighting
✅ Photos with the subject clearly visible
✅ Front-facing photos for memorial items, graduation designs, and custom apparel

Please avoid:
❌ Screenshots
❌ Blurry or pixelated images
❌ Dark or low-quality photos
❌ Images pulled from social media with reduced quality
❌ Photos with filters or heavy editing

Please note: Low-quality images may result in a lower-quality print.

🎨 Artwork File Requirements

Preferred file types:

✔️ PNG (transparent background preferred)
✔️ SVG
✔️ AI (Adobe Illustrator)
✔️ PDF
✔️ EPS
✔️ High-resolution JPG (300 DPI recommended)

For best results:

• Submit artwork at the largest size available
• Ensure text is clear and readable
• Provide brand colors or color codes if applicable
• Convert fonts to outlines when possible

📝 Proof Approval Process

Before production begins:

1️⃣ A digital proof may be provided for approval when applicable.
2️⃣ Customers are responsible for reviewing all details, including:

• Names
• Dates
• Spelling
• Colors
• Sizing
• Placement

Once a design proof is approved, NuTrendz Customs is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

⏱️ Processing & Turnaround

Production time begins after:
✔️ All required information is received
✔️ Final artwork is approved
✔️ Payment is completed

Standard processing time is 1–3 business days.

Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
