NuTrendz Customs Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing NuTrendz Customs Prints and Designs. We are committed to delivering exceptional service, custom apparel, and event support. To ensure a seamless and professional experience, please review our detailed booking policy outlined below. By placing an order or reserving a service with NuTrendz Customs, you acknowledge and agree to the terms listed herein.
1. Booking Requirements
All bookings must be submitted through our official website, via email, or in person with an authorized NuTrendz Customs representative.

Minimum Notice: Bookings must be made at least 7 business days prior to the required date. Rush orders (less than 7 business days) are subject to additional fees and availability.

Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm all bookings. Without a deposit, no order or reservation will be secured.

Final Payment: Full payment is due 72 hours before the event or product delivery. Failure to pay in full may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
2. Custom Design Policy

Design Fee: A standard $25 non-refundable design fee applies to all custom artwork unless otherwise stated.

Design Approval: Clients will receive a proof/mock-up via email or text. All artwork must be approved by the client within 24 hours to avoid production delays.

Revision Limit: Two (2) minor revisions are included in the design fee. Additional changes will incur a fee of $10 per revision.
3. Event Services (e.g., 360 Photobooth, Selfie Booth)

Set-Up and Break-Down: NuTrendz Customs will arrive at least 60–90 minutes before the event for equipment setup. Please ensure access to the venue at the agreed time.

Time Allotment: The booking time begins and ends according to the agreed schedule. Delays in client arrival or venue access will not extend the reserved time.

Additional Time: Additional hours may be purchased at the rate specified in your booking agreement. This must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
4. Damage and Liability

Client Responsibility for Damages: The client shall be held fully responsible for any and all damage to NuTrendz Customs equipment, apparel, digital devices, tools, or property that occurs during their event or while items are in their possession.

Negligence and Misuse: Damages resulting from neglect, misuse, unauthorized use, or any action inconsistent with provided instructions will incur full repair or replacement charges, billed to the client.

Incident Report: Any incident must be reported immediately to NuTrendz staff. Photos and a written description may be required for claims or repairs.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation by Client: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior will result in the full booking amount being due.

Cancellation by NuTrendz Customs: In the rare event NuTrendz Customs must cancel your order or service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule once with a minimum of 72 hours' notice without penalty. Additional reschedules or short-notice changes may result in a $25 fee.
6. Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery

Shipping Fees: All shipping charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated. Expedited shipping may incur additional costs.

Pick-Up: Clients who opt to pick up items must do so during business hours and within the agreed timeframe. Failure to pick up within 5 business days may result in forfeiture.

Local Delivery: Delivery may be available within a specified radius for a fee. Arrangements must be made at the time of booking.
7. Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds except in cases where NuTrendz Customs is at fault for a verified production error.
8. Photography and Promotion
Unless otherwise stated in writing, NuTrendz Customs reserves the right to photograph completed items or event setups for promotional use on our website, social media, or marketing materials.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs created by NuTrendz Customs remain the intellectual property of the company unless purchased outright by the client. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By placing a booking, making a payment, or accepting goods or services from NuTrendz Customs, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy. NuTrendz Customs reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
