NuTrendz Customs creates personalized apparel, gifts, keepsakes, event products, memorial items, business materials, and bulk orders. Please use the steps below so we can process your request accurately.

How Custom Ordering Works

1. Select your product or request a quote. Shop an available listing or submit your project details through our quote form.
2. Provide complete information. Include quantity, sizes, colors, wording, event date, desired completion date, and clear photographs or artwork.
3. Pay your invoice. Full payment is required before design work begins. Orders above $600 may qualify for a contracted deposit arrangement.
4. Review your mockup. Check every name, date, spelling, photograph, color, size, and placement carefully. Approval is final.
5. Production begins. Processing generally starts within 1–3 business days after payment and receipt of all required details. Production time varies by product and quantity.

Artwork & Photographs

• Upload the highest-quality original files available.
• PNG files with transparent backgrounds are preferred for logos and print graphics.
• Do not send screenshots, social-media downloads, or heavily filtered photographs when originals are available.
• Customer-provided artwork must be owned by the customer or used with permission.

Important Order Terms

• Orders are not placed through social-media direct messages.
• Taxes apply to all eligible orders.
• Custom products are nonreturnable unless NuTrendz made a production error.
• Rush service is not guaranteed and requires approval before purchase.
• Customer delays in sending information or approving a mockup may change the completion date.
